• Material purchase control

Carrying out the material control according to our company’s Quality Manual 7.4 requirements of “purchase” and “purchase control program”. All the material need to have certification, besides they still need to pass the examination of entering the factory.

• Product traceability

Execute according to our company’s Quality Manual 7.5 requirement of “identification and traceability” and “product identification and traceability control program”. All the product identification and record should be intact, unified and the record should be kept at least above 5 years.

• Working course control

According to the requirement of our company’s< Quality Manual>7.5 “producing and service providing” and “producing and service providing control program”, control the whole working course process and make <Quality Plan> of this item product.
